This Privacy Policy applies only in relation to Earnly’s operations in the United Kingdom and is intended to reflect Earnly’s obligations under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”), the Data Protection Act 2018, and other applicable UK privacy laws.

Earnly does not collect or store your online banking passwords, PINs, or other bank login credentials.
